Can't help but feel that there are some British people who need screening for a wide variety of diseases and ailments before they are allowed out of their own homes, yet alone the country

Yes. We are the TB capital of Europe. Not only that they are bringing in antibiotic resistant strains. Of course they get free treatment. This is silly Britain. Bring your diseases here TB, AIDS etc - and silly Britain will look after you while you infect the population.
