Texecom Premier Elite Ricochet RKP

Hi I need help with my Texecom Premier Elite.

I’ve installed the Ricochet RKP with the wire that came in the box then disconnected it and installed in situ, it all works fine but it will not set the system.

The wired RKP works perfectly but when setting the system the wireless RKT it just continues to “Bleep” as the exit timer counts down but it just keeps “Bleeping” and the system just doesn’t set.

Anyone else come across this??

what does the event log say has happened?
