I'm creating recipes to time arm and disarm an area (garage) in the connect app (V2).

I know that the on-off timer needs to be a 5 min window (eg on 7am.....off 7:05am).

My question is, what is the actual trigger time? Would it be 7am or 7:05am in the above example?
