I have recently downgraded from a 10.8kw to a 10.5kw shower.

I have a 50 A iso switch, and a 50A mcb.

The current I have calculated to be 45.5 A down from 47A.

Do i need new MCB and iso switch, and is 45A ok for both?

The MCB is there to protect the cable - unless you installed smaller cable there is no need to change the MCB.

The isolator switch rating is just the max. current it can safely handle, so long as it is higher than the current you expect (it is) then you don't need to change it either.
