Looking for some advise regarding cable runs. I have attached a photo of a vaulted ceiling (i think that’s what it’s called), there is 100mm of celotex between joists and 50mm over, this has then been counter battened by some 2"x1" timber (ready for plasterboard, not foiled backed).
My question is; if cables are run between the insulation and plasterboard, does this count as run in thermal insulation and de-rating factors need applying? (cables not touching the celotex).
