Thermally broken fixings

I am firinfi a warm flat roof with the 100mm insulation sandwiched by ply/osb.
Can anyone tell me what the ratio of fixings is eg per square metres, of fixings including distance from the edge etc?
Also as the depth amounts to 136 mm (boards 18 mm each), will 140mm fixings be enough?
