Thermostatic Bar Mixer

Hi all, I have a thermostatic bar mixer shower valve installed incorrectly (Hot to the right, cold to the left). Trying to solve this problem with as little damage to floors, ceilings, walls etc. Does anyone know whether the cartridges can be swapped around on the valve? I cant turn it upside down as it has a fixed head off the top of the mixer valve. Any advise would be very much appreciated.

Very unlikely, but as you haven't given a clue as to make and model - impossible to tell.
