Thermostatic shower problem

Hi

I have a thermostatic mixer valve.

My shower reaches a temperature of warm (not warm enough!) but I can't increase the temperature with the controller. It used to work fine. I can also turn down to cold ok.

I have a combi boiler and all other taps in the house work fine?

Can anyone help?
