If i recall this is Brazil? Argentina? Anyway, its one of the south American countries where 3/4 of the population are on dope, crack and smack, and the other 1/4 are dealing it to them.

In this country the kid would be whisked away by a crack specials forces social worker team...........................personally based on the kids obesity and the fact hes on 40 a day, i dont rate his chances of making 20 years old.
