Threshold strip for wooden door

Hi folks,

I'd like to replace the current strip for a wood front door. It has a seal of sorts, but is currently cut into the laminate flooring. Since I'm planning to replace the laminate as well, it would be good to replace with something that is also a transition instead of cut in like this.

Seem to be a lot of different types of these, but I can't find anything similar that also sits on/transitions from a laminate floor. Any ideas?

Is that two different strips?
When I zoom in it looks like a normal carpet door strip with one edge cut off then another brass strip stuck down with rubber draft excluder
