tiles stud wall

have a new place and bath has a shower over and the end is only tile 2 rows. wouldlike to take this to ceiling.i guess need to remove existing to get the beading off etc and then re tile that part/. do the tiles comeo off without the damaging the stud wall ??? if so watst the best way ? many thanks . any advice on fitting

VERY GENTLY,you might be ok taking them off but if it does damage the board its shouldnt be a major problem just cut out the damaged part and replace with new board making sure you you have decent support from the studs.
