tiling concrete stairs

I am about to tile exterior stairs using non slip ceramic tiles . Do i start at the top or bottom.

I can only think that if you start at the top, you wont have to kneel on the tiles you have just laid.

Hey thanks Eddie that was my thought also , . I have tiled floors before but no stairs until now . i suppose I should lay the risers first then the steps . anyhow thanks for the reply
