Have been reading with interest the discussions on this subject. i'm just about to attempt to do this my self. My bathroom chipboard floor is pretty sound. I'm thinking of whacking down some 12mm ply on top. Theres no shower in the room, just bath, loo and sink. What adhesive and grout do you recommend. I know it has to be flexible, but which is best???

Topps tiles, although if you have a Topps handy they also do their own version which is cheaper.

Cheers. Frank. i've got a couple of Topps tiles near me. i think i'll go for the Bal rather than shop brand.

The first ...and last time i purchased shop brand i got some B&Q emulshion in my first flat....might as well have painted the walls with skimmed milk.

Or you could use Dunlop Tile on Wood.......made by Bal, same product as Bal, from the same factory as Bal, but cheaper than Bal! ;)
