Tiling onto plasterboard

You can tile straight onto the plasterboard. However in this hot weather a suitable primer will give you an extended working time as it helps prevent the water in the adhesive being drawn into the board.
Each adhesive manufacturer has there own reccommended primer, ie BAL have APD which is what I tend to use.
