Timber treatment

Hi all
We have been getting quotes together for timber treatment on our house. It seems there are two options for treatment one is Triton tritec 121 the other Flux micro emulsions. The latter appears to be much cheaper but is not an insecticide any advice on what we should go for both have 20 year guarantee.
