Hello,

I have a Potterton Prima F30 that we inherited from the previous owners when we bought the house about 3 years ago. Along the way we've had bits and blobs go wrong, like the thermostat, or the wall-mounted controller/timer. Recently though, the circulation pump died and had to be replaced. We've also been told that our hot water cylinder wasn't installed properly (the top bolt was glued in place instead of being screwed in) and is missing an immersion heater.

Adding to all this, the overheat stat seems to have gone and is due to be replaced. Ah - and we had a pump installed a couple of months back to give decent hot water pressure throughout the house.

What I'm really wondering is if this whole thing is due for an overhaul. And if so, what.

Thoughts/suggestions? It's a 2b, 2 story '95 house with one upstairs bathroom. I'm not looking for something cheap - just reliable.
