Timed garage door closer

I'm looking for a device similar to the Garage Butler. Essentially the device will automatically close a garage door after a set time.

Unfortunately the Garage Butler (and similar devices) seem to be only available in the US. Does anyone know of a similar device available in the UK?

I could order from the US, but then would be stuffed by the import charges.

It would seem to me that you would be introducing too many potential accidental injuries to people or animals with the instalation of such a device in as much as it may close in unexpected circumstances. I would guess that's why it's not available here. You would need to check it met British safety standards before importing & instaling it.
