toilet connection to mains

We are about to buy the New Duetto toilet from B&Q but I am worried as the pics for this toilet show the waste pipe coming out to the side. My mothers mains connection is into the floor. Will the plumber be able to connect to this kind of toilet?? Answers will be most welcome. calamity

Most, if not all modern toilets have a rear outlet and you use a pan connector to join the waste to whichever pipe is there.

Not sure what pictures you've been looking at but this looks like a standard HO (horizontal outlet, straight out the back) pan. A 90 degree pan connector is all that should be required to fit it to a floor pipe.
