Toilet leaking

Hiya,

I've added a link below of the leaking toilet. I need some good advice how can I fix it.

Should I just replace the whole thing or it could be repair?

If to replace it, what sore of flush outlet should i purchase?

Looks like you will need a new flush valve. That involves removing the cistern from the pan ,after isolating water supply ,and disconnecting supply pipe from float valve. Is that within your skill set ?
What does the flush button assembly look like ? Operating the flush several times may re seat the flush valve .
