Tonon towel heater

Hi there,

Being an idiot, I cannot seem to operate my Tonon towel heater. There are two lights, one that indicates power and one that indicates a timer. When I press the power button the light cycles from green, to red, to red flashing, and the timer button cycles between off and red. I can't seem to get it to work.

Is there anywhere I can download a manual so I can operate my highly-complicated two-button machine!
