Too Late? Painted on new plaster and not watered down!!!

itll proberly peel off or flake off whichever you like the idea of the watered down coat is to seal the new plaster so that the paint can adhere properly
Then again, you might get lucky

fingers crossed.Be careful though in the future,,, don't "stick" anything to the walls, (borders/wallpaper/stickers), because they will pull the paint from the wall if you remove them. I reckon you'll be ok, especially as it's a thin paint anyway!!
