Torque settings for Rover

Hi, Wer'e trying to find the correct torque settings for my brothers "95" M reg Rover 418 turbo diesel but don't know if the engine is a "K" series, "L" series or whatever. If anyone can tell us what type of engine was fitted to this year of car and what the Cylinder Head torque settings are we would be extremely grateful.

There are 2 engines listed for TD for 1995 and the settings are both:
1st stage 30nm
2nd stage 65nm
3rd stage 90 degress
4th stage 90 degress
