hi, i have a faulty toshiba satellite L40-18z motherboard [model no PSL48E-033008EN]. My question is are there any other laptops that i could use to replace my faulty motherboard with. I've been looking on ebay etc for a donor laptop but find they are few and far between, hence the question on finding an alternative model that would suit. Many thanks.

That is what the local repair shop have said, i tried all the easy tests myself, ie monitor , hd etc. Thanks for link i will take a look.
