Hi, I have a towel rail radiator, that was fitted under a year ago, it worked fine, then all of a sudden has stopped working, ive tried bleeding it, and all the other radiators in the house work fine, does anyone have any ideas what i could try next please ....

Towel rail radiator not working

are both the rad valves open ?
are any of the pipes hot to the rad ?

Hi thanks for the reply, im not sure if the valves are open, they are stainless steel, with handles, and both of the pipes are cold....
try turning them both anti clockwise.
Make sure the valve is turned on , this is turning it anti clockwise. If still no heat , try turning off all other radiators except this one
