i have some trouble with my transit (1996 , if i'm not wrong). I think it was a commercial vehicle before i bought it but after 6 months of the purchase the diff let me down and now i struggle to find a second hand one. i really do not want to scrap it as this is the 3-rd van i've bought after the previous 2 were stollen. does anyone know where to get a diff from? i looked on the internet and found only new ones but the price is more that the van's own estimate.
