Tree sap/insect poop on motorhome bodywork

Anyone got any tips for getting the black soot marks off of plastic body work. I've tried car shampoo and a brush, but the problem is I can't get much pressure on it with my extendable brush as the roof is 3M high.

I should have put the cover on a few weeks ago.

Bit a difficult one at that height but you could try traffic film remover and a pressure washer.
If you can get up there, try Meguiars clay bar plus spray.....leaves the surface like glass.

OK thanks - I'll have a look at traffic film remover. I have a jet washer, but suspect a sponge with the right stuff on would be gentler.

This is a very good product that gets a lot of grime off, a bug and tar remover would probably work too.
