Dear All

Please can anyone help as I have a Tricity Bendix AW 1021 W that will not drain or cycle. Lights appear to be on. I have tried switch the machine off completely and then trying to restart it but it is at the same point whereby water will not drain and machine will not cycle. Many thaks for all your help.

Anyone got any ideas what the problem maybe? Any suggestions would be gratefully receieved, many thanks.
 
Have you checked filter / pump and sink spigot .try that and see what happens.
