Have not but it all comes down to expected performance and what you will want out of the unit.

Like any instantaneous heater like this, unless they are high powered (9-10Kw), the performance figures can be quite low at any reasonable flow rate, if you consider an average hand washing temp to be around 38 > 40DegC, until you get into summer and the CW temp rises but any other time of the year, performance can drop sharply.

Why are these heaters rated at 240V? The supply voltage in the UK has been, nominally, 230V for years, that heater will only give 4.95kW at its proper 230V rating, all the above flowrates should be X by a factor of 0.958.

It might well be 230v nominal, but most people in the UK, if they bother to check, will have a 240v supply.
