How will the upcoming attack on Iran go.

Often wondered this because its not like the army is made up of volunteers - is it, what % is conscription.
Its not like the UK army is it where it is made up of absolutely any religion, is the Israeli army wholly made up of people from the Jewish religion - I'm asking - I dont know.

All Israeli citizens are required to serve a period and are then on reserve for a number of years, quite a few years as I recall but I'm not inclined to check the exact period.
The exception to this is orthodox Jews or whatever they're called, and Arabs who have Israeli citizenship, of which they're are about 1.5 million, those Arabs would be made up of Drews, Bedouins and Palestinians.
At any one time there are normally around 1000 Israeli Arabs serving in the IDF, over half of those will be of Palestinian descent, and they proudly fight for Israel, despite not being required to.

32 nmonths for men, two years for women. I only wished we had the same here,

Good point. The problem we have now in this country is a lack of trained soldiers. In the event of a war now we have only ex service personel like myself who would be called up. Starmer has raised this age limit to 66, the sick parade would be interesting to see.
 
I reckon Trump telling the world he is going to bomb bridges and power stations is a massive red herring, a ploy to get the regime to look in the wrong direction.

I have a feeling Trump will be going all out to secure and defend Kharg island...
