A memorandum of understanding isn't a binding agreement, any party involved in it can unilaterally withdraw from it at any time.
It might give Trump a way out, once the mid term elections are over, he could restart the war again.

Yep, the Israeli government will do what it can to destroy any hope of peace- always has and will continue.

They have never been interested in peace, but to continue land grabbing, to see Iran toppled and be the major player in the ME... and does so with no criticism.
