How will the upcoming attack on Iran go.

Not unusual at all. It happens for various reasons. In this case it is simply a case of a failing military campaign. Another head will be able to change strategy and if that fails in comes the next. Very common.
 
I am currently recouping at our holiday home for Easter and so will be giving out my advice and knowledge of military campaigns from here. You can all thank me for giving up my time to bring you these updates.

... The US army hasn't had any input into the war yet. If his strategy was 'this is a terrible idea, don't do it' to the point he is being fired that is pretty unusual.
 
So Irans missile defence system has been totally destroyed according to Trump. Now a US fighter has been shot down and verified so what he says is complete nonsense. As I suggested this war is nowhere near over. He needs a way out as he is now backed into a corner and desperate to make some forward move.

They haven’t had any input??? Was it by chance the US fleet has been sat outside of Iran and a US plane has been shot down over it. I thought there was going to be boots on the ground?

Has it been verified that it was shot down?. This is the 3rd aircraft Iran has claimed to have shot down (the other 2 were lies) and I heard claims a further plane was shot down after the 1 that did go down.
I'm sceptical because search and rescue teams have been operating all afternoon at reasonably low altitude and apart from footage of small arms firing at them, no losses, so the plane that did go down could have suffered some sort of failure.
Iran are now claiming to have hit 1 of the rescue helicopters with a projectile.
Probably be tomorrow before everything's verified.

The head of US ARMY doesn't run the US fleet.

Are you still claiming to be ex services?
 
The US has confirmed that the F15 was shot down by Iran and at least one of the two crew has been rescued. An A10 has also gone down around the same time and the pilot rescued but I don't think it has been confirmed to be enemy fire yet.

A Blackhawk helicopter was hit by Iranian fire during the rescue mission(s) but didn't go down.
 
There is a bounty on the head of the missing serviceman and if they find him this whole war will take a massive turn

A pipe line that is a fixture on land, woll take a route that Iran or anyone else will know about. Iran can then easily take out the pipe line.

The US have confirmed it mate. Seems highly likely it had been hit.

F-15 crew normally punch out together with only a fraction of seconds between ejections. You would expect both to parachute reasonably close together so it seems strange that the US were only able to rescue the one. The aircraft hit damage could have prevented one of the seats to operate, but then the Iranians would have shown off the victim to the world. Hope the guy/gal is eventually rescued safe and well.
