Easy tiger, I'm not labelling them, I'm just saying how they described themselves, which has some logic behind it because West Bank was Jordan and Gaza was Egypt.
Post 1948 most inhabitants of the pre 1967 borders would have obtained an Israeli passport, all legal and above board like.

Persia is a Western term for Iran.
The ancient name was always Iran.
Foreigners referred to it as Persia but its people knew it as Iran, which means land of the Aryans.
