Trying to find replacement shower waste

Shower waste can be specific to a tray.
I fitted a shower tray that was bought 12 months prior. The shower waste was damaged and I found out it was discontinued and what I could get would not fit.
Customer had to buy another tray and waste.
Hopefully someone might know what that Is
