Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine or Freezer in front of central heating pipes

Hi

I've just built a tiny utility room and had a new boiler installed. The plumber has put 4 pipes vertically up the wall (central heating flow, return, hot water and cold water) which are further over than I anticipated. This means that we now have to back an appliance onto them. Which will also be sitting under a work top. One side of the appliance will be a wall, the back has a wall (and now pipes) and the other side is a void which is where the sink will sit.

We literally have no space so have no option but to put one of a washing machine, tumble dryer or a freezer in the space backing onto the pipes.

Any ideas which appliance would be best to back onto the pipes? Is there anything we can do to help reduce the heat coming off the pipes? We have millimetres to play with so not lots of options.

Thanks for your help in advance!

Thanks Terry for the detailed response. Are you able to expand a bit more?

The condenser coils on the back of the freezer dissipate the heat.
Putting them next to hot pipes makes the appliance work harder.
