Without exactly knowing your setup, when a tundish is dripping regularly it is commonly either because the PRV is triggering because pressure on the system is building up or because there is an issue with the PRV itself - especially if the tundish has been activated a few times which can lead to debris getting into the seal on it causing a leak / drip.
