Hi all,

someone asked me if it is a very good idea to keep the pilot light
on all the time in the boiler even when the hot water and/or the
central heating is not used that much, especially in the summer.

I wasn't too sure, so I had a look on the web and found this site:
http://hearth.com/articles/15_0_1_0_M2.html

Do you guys have any suggestions? Do you think the pilot light should
always be left on as turning it off and on very often might damage
the element? Or do you agree with the info on the site above?

Thanks
