Any advice please? I have a 10x6 metre self build bungalow and need to lay plastic barrier pipework through the ceiling joists for my rads (running rad pipes down from the ceiling.) 22mm flow pipes and 15mm spurs to and from the rads.

The question is should I run the 22mm pipe straight down the middle of the ceiling joists (with longer 15mm rad feeds) or should the 22mm pipework follow the rad placement more closely?

Thanks

When doing mine, I have run in 22mm if the pipe is supplying more than one rad. If not, 15mm no matter how long.
All fully insulated of course.
