Type of Concealed shower mixer

Hi,

I am trying to find the make of our current concealed shower mixer. I will attach a picture.

The knob for the temperature has started leaking. Only way to stop it is to turn it to the coldest setting.

Anyone have a clue what is up with it? I wanted to find the model of it to get a part.
