U bend burps when one sink is emptied

Hi,

I have two sinks (one in a room above the other) connected to the same waste pipe. When one drains a sink full of water the other makes a gurgling noise.

Can I get a device that I can attach just after the both of the u-bends which will allow air in when a sink is emptied to stop the gurgling?
