"Uber" loses its licence in London

Uber makes it their business to not comply with local laws or taxation. Competition should be on an equal basis. Khan should revisit the regulations to see if they need updating with respect to technology.

Also there is a case I think running with HMRC and Uber on the classification of these drivers. Uber can argue all they like semantically they are not a taxi company but thats what they are.

What should happen is Uber having to comply with current legislation and then we need to revisit the regulation to make changes. Keep politics out of it. It should be about market efficiency.
