Hi, renovating a tiny cottage, single room downstairs that I would like to insulate and install a wet UF Heating system combined with a new air heat source pump, however the upstairs is more suited to radiators , so would it be practical to combine the 2 different systems from the heat pump
 
Yes, it can be done.

Whether it's the best choice for that building is another matter entirely.
