What type of underlay is best used with a concrete floor?
Looking for a comfy floor and as much insulation as possible
all going to be carpeted with reasonable carpet (£35+ per meter), will be fitted in the lounge and two bedrooms (Bungalow).
Should I be looking at waffle? felt? rubber crumb? anything else? whats the advantages of each?
Current carpet has no underlay so its not a case of just put down whats already there
