Hi,Could anyone please tell me what's caused this and maybe how to remedy it ,or at least improve it? It's not all over the ceiling, just in one area
Ceiling was previously wallpapered
The paint underneath the wallpaper was silk paint, but it was washed and lightly sanded before we put matt white paint on it. It's had 2 coats.
It wasn't like this at first. Seems to have happened over time ( it's about 2 months since it was painted).
Would it help if I sanded it , painted over with a white primer/ undercoat ( the Leyland trade one I have says it can be used on plaster) and then repainted it?
