I've got a Vokera Unica 28HE boiler. The condense pipe froze last week and the boiler stopped working (code 10). I disconnected flexible pipe from boiler and emptied into bucket. Reset boiler-worked for a few hours with condense into bucket but then stopped again. Can't get it to stay on-keeps going back to code 10. It's as though the condense pipe/syphon/trap in the boiler is still flooded or blocked?
Any help much appreciated. Booked two engineers and neither has turned up. No heat or hot water in the house.
