Unvented system small leak.

Hi, I've lost pressure in the central heating system and when I've filled it up I could see a tiny drip from this part. It stopped after 5 mins but it seems odd. I've got no idea what this part is. When I added water I heard a hiss of air from it. However the leak isn't enough to lose one bar of pressure

Can anyone shed any light please
