Upgrading Worcester 24i timer controls

Does anybody know if it possible to upgrade my manual timer controls on my Worcester 24i combi boiler to a more energy efficient digital timer with (poss wireless) thermostat. If so, can anybody point me in the direction of how to go about this/where to get the parts?
