uPVC door hinge problem

Hi,
I am trying to fix a uPVC door, but I can't work out how to get the door off the hinges.
The hinge posts are cylindrical, and when I take off the plastic cover I can see a brass cylinder with a slot for an Allen key (see picture). Turning the bolt with an Allen Key allows me to adjust the door but not remove it (as far as I can tell)
Can anyone advise how to remove the door from the hinge?

I think there might be an Alen key under the bottom. Bend down and look underneath.

Underneath is just smooth.....

Is that a plastic covering that should come off like the top half

That is with the cover off....

It should just lift off however open the door and look behind the hinge and make sure theres no grub screw stopping it from being lifted
