UPVC door will not close on catch

Hi any advice please?
my back UPVC door has developed an annoying problem.
When you shut the door it not longer catches shut without slightly lifting the locking handle.
The door has 3 flag type hinges with what looks like an allen type adjustment from the underside of the hinge. I have tried adjusting these allen bolts without any success.
Any ideas on how I can easily sort out this annoying problem will be gratefully accepted.

if by keep you mean flag hinges tried to adjust them as advised without success

no where the door actually latches onto the frame,there may be a plate/keep of some sort that will have screws/bolts to allow the adjustment,or is it something like this?

Is the actual catch on the door coming out of the door lock far enough...give it a gentle pull, if it pulls out further something has broken in the lock and you won't be able to door much about it except get a new door lock, however as gregers says may just be the latch plate has moved
