UPVC Door handle stiff to lift up and lock

I've seen a few videos which demonstrate how to adjust the hinges on a UPVC door where the handle is stiff to lift up to lock. My hinges have no obvious way to adjust them. There is a pin that runs through the centre of the butt hinges that holds the door on to the hinge, but no allen/screw adjustments.

Any ideas how to level these types of door when they have dropped?
