I need to remove the front upvc door for the delivery of fridge/freezer. The door has a upvc flag hinge as shown below

https://www.upvc-hardware.co.uk/hing...or-hinges-154/

from what i can gather from searching the net i should simply open the door and lift it up. The door should slide off. I tried it but either the door is very heavy or there is something preventing it from lifting. Don't want to use force.

Can anyone give some advice?

Thanks

Oil it and try again and yes the door is VERY HEAVY (especially fully glazed)so best do it with some help if you intend to try it yourself as they not allways easy to lift back on and align again.

I'm glad I found this advice because that's exactly the problem I'm having right now.
I removed the door for a sofa. But can't seem to get the door back on :( and yes they are bloody heavy! Had 2 guys trying to hold its weight but I couldn't get all 3 hinges on at the same time without the others popping out!
